Belmont Machine, hereinafter referred to as manufacturer, unconditionally warrants each trailer to be free from defects in material workmanship for a period of (12) months under normal wear and rated load capacity. The warranty begins on the date the trailer is put into service and applies to all trailers that have not been altered or repaired without manufacturer's authorization. The manufacturer reserves the right to make changes in design or changes in the specifications at any time, without incurring any obligation to owners of trailers previously sold. All axle assemblies, brake systems, wheels, tires, light systems, hitch couplers, jacks, power units, cylinders, or other accessories or purchased parts are warranted by the respective manufacture. The warranty does not cover the following: Customer dissatisfaction, transportation to and from the servicing dealer, lack of maintenance, accidents, or operator's misuse. This warranty is in lieu of all other warranties, guarantees or agreements, whether expressed or implied, and no person, agent, dealer, or company is authorized to change, modify, or extend its terms in any manner whatsoever.
